Colour Byte takes its responsibility
beyond merely sourcing systems, into the realm of delivering resources to
users in a form they need.
Our support philosophy is based on six major components:
An understanding of
the customer business - without doubt, effective support requires that
Colour Byte has a deep, up-to-date knowledge of the customers' business
objectives, its management style, level of resource availability, etc.
Developing close
customer/supplier relationships - if Colour Byte support is to be both
relevant and effective, it is essential that regular and frequent contacts
and discussions be held between Colour Byte and a wide range of customer
executives and Supplier representatives. In essence Colour Byte's success
in its business depends on culturing and bringing harmony between the
supplier of the technology and the user of such technologies. Colour Byte
will exploit such opportunities to a degree of excellence and will invest
its own resources and expertise to achieve such objectives.
Added value - when
determining where Colour Byte support is to be supplied, Colour Byte will
choose projects, which will be of the most value to the customer.
Multi-vendor emphasis
- Colour Byte is committed to finding the best solutions for our
customers; we have a long track record at dealing with other suppliers in
developing Multi-vendor solutions, as Colour Byte's policy is that
"A customer problem is a Colour
Byte's problem".

dedicated support staff - whose responsibility is strictly to service the
customers, needs such as:

provision of comprehensive, high quality support people. Such support can
come from a variety of sources, such as: Local Colour Byte Staff, Local /
External companies, National and Overseas Colour Byte resources and
associates.
