Colour Byte has developed and
implemented an in-house workflow system that automates various aspects of
pre-sales and post sales activities. Account (defined as a prospect or
customer) is entered once an inquiry or sales is generated and is then
available on the network to the Sales, Service and Administration
departments. Each account is then assigned to an Account Manager. The sales,
technical and management staff of Colour Byte then regularly monitors the
account as follows:
Daily account activity such as visits, calls and queries.
Daily Account status, when last called when to call again and what is in
progress and what is in pending.
Instant account action such as a short quote, short fax or e-mail
Once the account orders a sales order form is generated which instantly is
available to administration and operations for follow-up of procurement,
delivery, installation and payment.
A sales report or pending activity reports are generated on a daily or
weekly basis
Various monthly reports are generated to analyze accounts based on various
categories or by designated account managers
Account Activity report by categorization of Hot, Live, Dead and Existing
Account, Prospect.
Proposal Monitoring through probability of sales.
eWorks is an interactive central database and activity centre of
Colour
Byte and we take great pride in developing and implementing in-house without
any external assistance.
